1. A brief Introduction of Aifly:

Co-founded in 1997 by Aigo (also called Huaqi) Information Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a Chinese leading digital product group company, and Li Yang Culture & Education Development Co., Ltd., the most prestigious English training organization in China, Aifly Education and Technology Co., Ltd. has long been devoted to languages training including English, French, Spanish in China.  

2. Current Status of Aifly:

Aifly has become Beijing 2008 Olympic Games Language Training Services Supplier and will train 100,000 Olympic Games volunteers.

3. Vision of Aifly:

Follow Olympic Games and popularize Chinese language globally.

4. What is the significance for XXX people to learn Chinese?  

a)         Learning Chinese will facilitate XXX to zero-distantly communicate with China’s top leaders so as to help gain crucial support from China.

b)        Learning Chinese will increase mutual rapport between XXX and Chinese people and reinforce the positive understanding of Olympic movements in China.

c)        Hopefully, individual sports associations’ leaders such as FIFA, IAAF, FINA, will follow the suit.

5. Why should Aifly’s Chinese training volunteers come to YYY to teach Chinese at this moment?

a)         Our objective is to help XXX speak Chinese (even limited sentences and phrases on the opening and closing ceremonies in Beijing 2008).

b)          Only in this way (learning Chinese beforehand) will XXX be in a favorable position to have

    in-depth, first-hand, personal experience of the Chinese language and the culture behind when they are participating the Grand Olympic Party in August 2008.

c)          Functionally and communicatively, XXX and other sports organization leaders will gain  favorable impression of China’s press and the common Chinese people when they attend various sports activities during their stay in Beijing and other co-hosting cities.  

6. XXX Chinese training principles

a)         Aifly’s XXX Chinese teaching squad will be composed of experienced English speaking trainers.

b)        Aifly’s Chinese trainer will be stationed in Lausanne and 24 hours stand by to fit XXX’s working style and rhythm.

c)        Forms of teaching include one-to-one coaching, group study and class training.

d)        Aifly’s Chinese teachers will be sent to Lausanne on the basis of rotation, specifically 3 persons for every 3 months.

e)         The Chinese training programs will be preceded by a survey of needs and wants in Chinese language learning in XXX. After categorizing the Chinese learners from two areas: everyday used Chinese and sports-specialized Chinese vocabularies and phrases (beginners, middle-level and advanced), Aifly will design training programs best suitable for XXX people.

7. Notes

a)         Aifly’s Chinese trainers are all volunteers, claiming no rewards in any forms.

b)        If XXX can offer Geneva-Beijing return tickets and lodge and accommodations, we will most appreciate it.
